3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated scripts to access the Service
• Overload or disrupt our servers

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Your Content

• You retain all rights to images you upload
• You grant us a limited license to process and store your images for providing the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content

5.2 Our Property

• The Service, including AI models, software, and designs, is owned by Aarth Software
• Our trademarks and branding may not be used without permission
• Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service

5.3 AI-Generated Content

• You own the rights to AI-edited images you create
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content
• You are responsible for how you use generated content

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as per our Refund Policy
• We may change prices with 30 days notice

6.2 Free Tier

• Free tier includes 10 images per day
• Images include watermarks
• We may modify or discontinue free features at any time

6.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Refund Policy

• 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
• No refunds for add-ons or one-time purchases
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with or without notice
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service "AS IS"

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy of results

9.2 AI Limitations

AI technology has limitations. We do not guarantee:

• Perfect results every time
• Specific outcomes from prompts
• Suitability for professional use without review

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
• These limitations apply even if we have been advised of possible damages

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aarth Software, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or create

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

12.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal activities
• Non-payment of fees
• Harmful behavior toward other users

12.3 Effect of Termination

• Access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• You may download your images within 30 days
• After 30 days, all data may be permanently deleted
• No refunds for unused subscription time

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Contact us at legal@aarth.io before taking legal action.

14.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aarth Software regarding Juhi.ai.
